"Glee" has been able to score some pretty huge stars for season two. In addition to Charice, Darren Criss and Gwyneth Paltrow, singer Susan Boyle will be joining the cast in just over two months.
"Glee" creator Ryan Murphy discussed the possibility of Boyle's appearance last spring. Boyle will play a high school lunch lady in a Christmas themed show. Murphy said, "I think Kurt would just die to give her a Christmas makeover. I don’t even know if she’s interested but it’s been pitched.”
It looks like the hopes of many Susan Boyle fans have been fulfilled. According to a new report by Showbizspy.com, the former "Britain's Got Talent" star will definitely be making an appearance on the "Glee" Christmas special. Scheduled to air on December 7, the show will feature a number of song performances. Unfortunately, Boyle's voice will not be a part of the Christmas CD.
“Susan’s appearance will be great fun for all fans of the series,” a source said.
Boyle’s second album, "The Gift," will be released on November 8.
Gwyneth Paltrow will appear on episode seven, "The Substitute." The show is scheduled for November 16.
There is no shortage of love triangles on Glee, and we’ve got the scoop on what’s coming up for Tina, Artie, and Mike! It’s been a tough TV season for Tina and Artie’s fans on Glee. Tina up and dumps Artie for Mike Chang, and then Artie loses his V-card to new star cheerleader Brittany. But when we caught up with Kevin McHale and Jenna Ushkowitz last night, they gave us hope for our favorite nerdy coupling! HollywoodLife.com got the exclusive scoop at the Fulfillment Fund Stars 2010 Gala, and it looks like we should keep our fingers crossed for Tina and Artie. When we asked Kevin, 22, what Artie was doing to win his girl back, he told us, “I think being on the football team is a start. That’s above and beyond anything I’ve thought so far. If that’s the starting place, I can only imagine what else he would do.” It might take more than looking good in football pants to take Tina back from Mike, played by Harry Shum Jr. “She’s pretty head-over-heels for him,” Jenna, 24, said. “I mean, have you seen his abs? They’re amazing! She’s totally into him. And I think she’s in awe that he would ever consider her girlfriend material.” But who needs abs when you have a stud like Artie willing to be a battering ram for love? Will Tina and Artie ever find themselves together again?
“I hope so. I’ve always been a fan of Artie and Tina,” Jenna confessed. “I love Artie, but I don’t know. Different relationships are keeping it fresh and fun.” As for Artie’s next tactic, it looks like it might be a dance battle. Kind of. “Mike [would win]. Unless I roll over his feet,” Kevin joked, laughing.
Episode 8's Title. Just when I thought nothing could beat the terrible title that was "Grilled Cheesus," Glee doesn't disappoint with episode eight's:
"Furt."
(What I assume is the Finn/Kurt or Finn/Burt portmanteau.)
Source: It was going around tumblr and gleeforum early yesterday night, and my go-to schedule page: http://www.wvah.com/schedule/schedule21.shtml just posted the title a couple of minutes ago (and they have never been wrong about the titles/airdates.)
ETA: Rumor has it that episode 9 may be called "Special Education." No concrete proof yet though.
Трэки из "Glee: The Music, Volume 4" (часть песен еще не звучали в Glee, но поскольку они входят в альбом - скоро мы их услышим в каком-то из эпизодов)
Tracklisting to Glee: The Music, Volume 4 To be released on November 30th:

Toxic (Britney Spears) 6. The Only Exception (Paramore) 7. I Want To Hold Your Hand (The Beatles) 8. One Of Us (Joan Osborne) 9. River Deep, Mountain High (Ike & Tina Turner) 10. Lucky (Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat) 11. One Love (People Get Ready) (Bob Marley & The Wailers) 12. Teenage Dream (Katy Perry)

Ausiello scoop SCOOP: Remember how I told you someone was getting expelled on on GLEE? Well, another character — this one a series regular — will be transferring to another school within the next six episodes!
Speculation on the thread is that it's Kurt, and with him meeting the Dalton Academy kids in the next episode, it's definitely a possibility.
EDIT: Another scoop from the Aus's FB page: One more GLEE scoop: Rumor has it Will Schuester is about to hear the three scariest words of his life -- Principal Sue Sylvester.
When you hear someone described as being “cuddly as a cactus and as charming as an eel,” chances are, you think of the Grinch. And then you may well think, “OMG, that sounds just like Glee-clubber Sue Sylvester, too.”
At least the series’ creator, Ryan Murphy, seems to have thought so.
I’m hearing the Fox hit’s Christmas episode will be titled “Sue the Grinch” and will revolve around the coach’s attempts to sabotage the holidays at McKinley High. And yes, the Grinch’s iconic theme song will get a Sue-centric remake. (Hey, once Jim Carrey became the live-action Grinch, it was clear nothing was sacred anymore.)
The source is from an extra who was filming today. I can't link because I got the news via text message.
Kevin tweeted they were filming the Sectionals episode today and here are the songs.
"Valerie" is going to be sung by Naya. "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" is sung by Dianna and Chord. And apparently they enter it from the sides ala Finchel. "Hey, Soul Sister" sung by Darren. (FREAKING OUT OVER THIS) "In The Living Years." Not sure who sings this.
Also, plot spoiler (I haven't been keeping up), Kurt DOES transfer to Dalton and is still at the school by this episode.
Kurt and Blaine's Convo I found this going around tumblr, originally posted by bethandbee
KURT/BLAINE DIALOGUE FROM 'NEVER BEEN KISSED'
Kurt: Excuse me, could I ask you a question? I’m new at this school. Blaine: My name’s [Blaine]. Kurt: [Kurt]. What exactly is going on? Blaine: The [Warblers]. Every now and then they have an impromptu performance in the dining hall. It pretty much shuts down the whole school for a little bit. Kurt: Wait, so the Glee club here’s sort of cool? Blaine: Are you kidding? The [Warblers] are like rock stars. Come on, I know a shortcut. Kurt: I stick out like a sore thumb. Blaine: Well just wear your jacket next time, new kid. You’ll fit right in. Now if you’ll excuse me… *song*
——-
Blaine: Latte? This is Wes and David. Kurt: I have to say, it’s very civilized for you to invite me for coffee before beating me up for spying. Warbler: We’re not gonna beat you up. We thought you were such a terrible spy, it was sort of endearing. Blaine: Which made me think spying wasn’t really the reason you came. Kurt: Can I ask you guys a question? You guys are all gay? Blaine: No. I mean, I am, but these two both have girlfriends. Warbler: This isn’t a gay school, we just have a zero tolerance for harassment policy. Everybody gets treated the same no matter what they are. It’s pretty simple. Blaine: Would you guys excuse us? *Wes and David leave* Blaine: I take it you’re having trouble at school? Kurt: I’m the only person at my school who’s out of the closet, and I try to be strong about it but there’s this Neanderthal who’s made it his mission to make my life a living hell. Nobody even notices. It’s like background noise at this point. Blaine: I know what you mean. I was taunted at my old school and it pissed me off. I even complained to the faculty and they were sympathetic and all, but nobody really understood. They were like, “Hey, I mean, if you’re gay you’re life’s just supposed to be miserable or something. Sorry. Nothing we can do.” To me, gays are sort of the last group that it’s okay to make fun of. So I came here… simple as that. So you have two options. I mean, I’d love to invite you to enroll here, but I know that Dalton’s tuition is sort of steep and, you know, it’s not an option for everyone. Or you can refuse to be the victim. Prejudice is ignorance, [Kurt]. I can guarantee you that the guy that’s bothering you, for some reason, you scare the hell out of him. But it’s a perfect time to teach him a lesson. Kurt: How? Blaine: Stand up to him! Call him out! I ran, [Kurt]. I didn’t stand up. I let those bullies chase me away. And I really, really regret it.

* Rachel finds out about Santana and Finn sleeping with each other in the Sectionals ep * Therefore, she begins to avoid Finn, etc. * Without the Glee club “leads,” aka Finchel, Sam and Quinn rehearse to do the duet together. * THEY DO NOT SING THE DUET AT SECTIONALS. It’s kind of like what they did when Rachel left Glee club in season one. Finn/Quinn rehearsed to do Don’t Stop Believin’, but they didn’t actually sing it at Sectionals/Regionals * SO TL;DR: Sam/Quinn rehearse for the duet, but they do not sing it at Sectionals, and the studio version is Finchel’s.

Подробнее о 6 эпизоде
‘Glee’s’ next episode on Nov. 9 is called “Never Been Kissed.” In a timely decision, producers have opted to address the current rash of bullying through Kurt (Colfer).
Fed up with football players harassing him, Kurt ventures off to spy on his glee club’s competition and meets another openly gay student, Blaine (Darren Criss).
Producers, according to EW, have not officially decided whether Blaine will be Kurt’s love interest but he motivates Kurt to stand up to his tormentors.
Sue’s “Nazi-hunting” mother, Doris (guest star Burnett) shows up in Lima to check in on her girls. Meanwhile, Kurt makes an important decision after getting pushed to his breaking point, and Rachel and Finn take a big step in the all-new “Furt” episode of GLEE airing Tuesday, Nov. 23 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GLE-208) (TV-14 D, L, S)
Cast: Matthew Morrison as Will Schuester; Jessalyn Gilsig as Terri Schuester; Jane Lynch as Sue Sylvester; Lea Michele as Rachel Berry; Cory Monteith as Finn Hudson; Jayma Mays as Emma Pillsbury; Dianna Agron as Quinn; Chris Colfer as Kurt; Kevin McHale as Artie; Amber Riley as Mercedes; Mark Salling as Puck; Jenna Ushkowitz as Tina; Naya Rivera as Santana Lopez; Heather Morris as Brittany S. Pierce; Mike O’Malley as Burt Hummel
Guest Cast: Harry Shum as Mike Chang; Chord Overstreet as Sam Evans; Dot Marie Jones as Coach Beiste; Max Adler as Karofsky; Lauren Potter as Becky Jackson; James Earl as Azimio; Earlene Davis as Andrea Carmichael; Bill A. Jones as Rod Remington; Romy Rosemont as Carole Hudson; Carol Burnett as Doris Sylvester
об отношениях Уилла-Эммы-Карла о съемках эпизода, на котором "застряли" сценаристы
Brower: Anything on Glee would be epic, especially Wemma! Just met up with Jayma Mays and grilled her about all things Wemma/Karmal/Wyneth. (In plain English, that means she talked about her love triangle between John Stamos and Matthew Morrison, and Gwyneth Paltrow coming on the show as a fourth wheel.) Check back tomorrow for the video/scoop from that. But in the meantime I should tell you that the latest Glee mashup couple name is actually "Krayma" because she's all kinds of adorableness dipped in sugar and I have an official girl crush.
Julia: Kristin, are they planning a Glee episode for Nov. 30? We know the title for everything else airing this year but the one that's supposedly happening Nov. 30… There will be an episode but the reason it's a "mystery" is because they're still working on the script!
О развитии персонажей - Куин, Сэм, Пак, Арти и Бриттани
Anything you can tell us about what is to come up for my favorite ‘Glee‘ gal, Quinn? I know you’re a big Dianna Agron fan. – Kristin Me, a big Dianna Agron fan? Where, oh where, did you ever glean such info? As it happens, I am, so it is with great pleasure that I report that our girl will have much to do – a fun performance included – in a sectionals-centric episode set to air November 30.
With Mark Salling returning to ‘Glee’ this week, what kind of havoc can we expect Puck to cause? I suspect he is not going to like seeing Sam getting close to Quinn. – Alice I have been assured that Puck returns in a big way this Tuesday, appearing in multiple performance numbers. I have also been told that he definitely has a reaction to the Quinn/Sam sitch. Stay tuned to see what it is.
I'm hearing Artie and Brittany's recent, um, duet will evolve into something more serious in the coming weeks
On the Paramount lot, two toddler boys dressed as junior jocks (one sporting a very familiar Puck-style Mohawk) are chasing three tiny cheerleaders costumed in red Cheerios skirts around a soundstage. "They're the cutest little babies ever," sighs Amber Riley, admitting to a particular soft spot for the shy little girl playing a miniature Mercedes. "She looks like I did when I was her age — with two little Afro-puffs."
These wide-eyed tots, still too young to even dream about one day hitting it as big as their grown-up doppelgängers, have been corralled to shoot a fantasy sequence taking place in the mind of a feverish Mr. Schue (Matthew Morrison), who is replaced in the November 16 episode by a peculiar substitute teacher played by none other than Oscar winner — and die-hard Glee fan — Gwyneth Paltrow. (Watch for her character, Holly Holiday, to get her hair colored with Sue while watching Hoarders; duet with Rachel; and croon Cee-Lo's "Forget You" with Artie, Mercedes and Santana.) "Gwyneth freakin' Paltrow," marvels a starstruck Lea Michele (Rachel). "Where do you go from there?"
О приглашенных гостях, Рождественском эпизоде и о травмах и жестком графике
How about Carol Burnett, who just hours earlier, according to Chris Colfer (Kurt), "snuck in to one of our tapings, full of love, to give us all hugs." (The comedy legend guests as Sue's nutjob mom on November 23).
And who's visiting her friends on this fall morning? Nina Dobrev, fresh from the Atlanta set of her CW series, The Vampire Diaries, is here to watch pals Colfer and Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina) take part in a big production number. "I love this show and secretly want to be on it," says Dobrev, who's hardly alone in her sentiments. On the air for just over a year, Glee is a phenomenon — totally hot and the cool club all of Hollywood wants to belong to.
For the past few hours, most of the cast have been holed up in the newly constructed William McKinley High School auditorium set (a 500-seat replica of a Long Beach school theater used last season) to shoot an exhausting frame-by-frame re-creation of Donald O'Connor's slapstick-filled "Make 'Em Laugh" number from the 1952 musical Singin' in the Rain.
"There's a definite fire up our butts to make [the show] as good as, if not better than, last season," says Michele. "We're filming mini-movies each week."
And without the advantage of stunt doubles. A badly bruised and still sweating Morrison is applying ice to his wrapped hands. "Matt slipped and landed on his back," hurting his hands, reports Harry Shum Jr. (Mike), Morrison's dancing partner in the scene, who shows off a growing welt on his own forearm. Also down for the count is Dianna Agron (Quinn), who's out sick and absent from this number — as well as, regrettably, our Hot List cover shoot. "It's very, very hard," admits Mark Salling (Puck), battling the flu and completely drained from releasing his debut album on October 25. "It's like walking a tightrope." Adds Cory Monteith (Finn), "We've worked from 2pm until four, five, six in the morning. I'm drinking a lot of coffee."
But no one here is looking for sympathy. They all worked their tails off to get to this place and wouldn't trade their blessings for the world. "Every time we get a new script, it's like Christmas morning," says Kevin McHale (Artie).
Appropriately enough, they're about to start work on Glee's first ever Christmas episode, airing December 7, the last show of the fall. The cast recorded the soundtrack weeks ago without knowing what exactly they were doing it for. "Everything goes so fast that there's no time to explain anything to us," says Riley, who sings "Angels We Have Heard on High." "We're recording Christmas songs, and then one day they mention there's going to be an album [available November 16]. We were like, 'Huh?'"
And the hard work has only just begun. Fox will air a special Super Bowl—night episode February 6. There'll likely be another tour after the success of last year's. Next season, Jane Lynch's Sue will write her memoirs, with an actual book coming to stores. And plenty more guest stars will pass through McKinley's halls.
In fact, Lynch hears Javier Bardem, should he get around to shooting his cameo, may be playing Sue's ex-lover. "And that's just preposterous," says Lynch. "Go ahead and make all our dreams come true, including some I didn't know I was allowed to have!"
'Glee' To Promote Darren Criss To Regular EXCLUSIVE: Darren Criss is hitting all the right notes with his new Glee bosses. Hot on the heels of his well-received debut last night as Kurt's gay role model Blaine, the actor/singer/songwriter is in talks to become a full-fledged series regular. Criss — whose biggest pre-Glee role was an arc on ABC’s short-lived Eastwick — initially came on board the Fox hit as a recurring. Criss' Glee promotion would likely kick in at the start of the show's already-greenlit third season. Here is Criss performing Teenage Dream on last night's show.
There's fake snow on the Glee set as the cast shoots its December 7 Christmas episode. At TV Guide Magazine's Hot List party, Lea Michele (Rachel) told me the cheery holiday hour centers on Brittany (Heather Morris) — who still believes in Santy Claus. Aww, how totally Brittany. When the glee club finds out, they take elaborate steps to ensure that she (everybody join in...) "Won't Stop Believin'." Sources tell me one friend will even dress up as Old Saint Nick to keep the dream alive (Coach Beiste, perhaps?). But lurking behind the chimney to destroy Brittany's childlike wonderment is that Grinch Sue Sylvester. The Christmas carol-filled hour will also feature Mercedes getting a green slushie thrown in her face and the blossoming of Brit's romance with Artie. The cast tells me this episode is sure to bring a tear to even the Scroogiest of viewers.
When are we going to see Jessalyn Gilsig back on Glee? I miss her! We're right there with ya, but Terri Schuester will be back in the Glee fold soon enough, and get this—she may no longer be pining over Will! "Terri's going to develop a new relationship in a way that expected," Jessalyn tells us. "You're going to see her raw emotion and her pain a little bit more. She's really trying to [show a] softer side, and to see obviously what she did [in season one] was wrong."
